This privacy policy applies to the Bookmark Counter mobile application and any related services operated by SWEET SCENTS LIMITED (the “Application”). SWEET SCENTS LIMITED is referred to here as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate connectivity, but this information is not retained or used for behavioral tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not collect personal information during ordinary use, no such data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through ordinary use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, children’s information is not exposed by default app usage. If personal information is voluntarily supplied through another channel by a person below the required age, a parent or guardian must provide any legally required consent.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is reduced. Even so, no security practice is absolute, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data during ordinary use, the likelihood of a breach affecting user personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided by a user, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through normal use of the Application because such information is not collected. If you voluntarily send information by email or another direct channel, that correspondence may be kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain records, satisfy legal duties, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable obligations.
Data Deletion
If you voluntarily provided personal information directly to the Service Provider and want it removed, you may email harrison84beckett@gmail.com with a deletion request. The Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize that information unless continued retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for record-keeping purposes.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by posting an updated version of the policy with a revised effective date. Where the law requires it, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.
